Update: Know that this decision was not made lightly. It is based on the current recommendations from the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), MN Dept. of Health (MDH), and the White House:

After much discussion Tuesday night, March 17, the council has decided to cancel the Wednesday and Sunday services for the next 2 weeks. You’ll be able to watch the Lenten and Sunday morning messages online. We will be live streaming them at their regular times so we can all join together. The current service will always be at the bottom of the church home page, and the list of all the services can be found at https://www.goodshepherdcokato.com/sermons/, where you can scroll through the list and watch at your convenience.

We’ll be working on other ways to stay connected. It’s important that each believer stays in God’s Word. That is our prayer during this time when we’re not able to gather together.

If you need any help with anything, don’t hesitate to contact Pastor Rob, Pastor Mark, or one of the deacons (Nate Niemela, Doug Lundeen, Bruce Leinonen, and James Babb).

You’ll still be able to find Pastor Mark and Pastor Rob in their offices throughout the week. They will continue to be available for any needs that may arise – don’t hesitate to contact them!

During this time please send prayer requests to Pastor Rob and he will mention them during the Sunday morning service.

If you would like to give, or to continue your weekly tithe, during this time, our Online Giving is one option to consider.
